  • Teams of between 6 and 15 individuals.

  • Shoot of up to 8 hours.

  • All images uploaded to your own personal online gallery the same day as your shoot. 

  • B&W versions of every image retouched.

Travel expenses outside of London Zone 3 are not included, will be agreed in advance and charged extra.

FAQs

How do you choose a backdrop?

Your company has spent a lot of time and money decorating your premises with great love and attention to your brand. Why waste it? Feature walls painted in your colours or extrerior garden areas: I'll spend the first 30 minutes of a shoot scouting out the best areas to photograph your team. The perfect place for portrait photography is an interior location with plenty of natural light. If you have somewhere matching that description with a suitably coloured and textured backdrop, that is where we will be heading first. If you don't feel like you have any suitable locations at your premises, let me know. I may pay a visit to you before the shoot to have a look around or we may decide that an artificial studio set up is best for you. I'll bring a black and a white 'studio' backdrop to your shoot as standard as well as any pre-determined custom backdrops that we have discussed.



How does a shoot go?

After my scout of your premises and once I have set up, it's shooting time. Generally, I will take each team member in turn and on their own and spend roughly 20 minutes with them. I will talk them through the shoot and try to alleviate any pressure of having to 'perform' for the camera. My aim is to capture a range of expressions and, despite how thoroughly unnatural the whole thing initially feels, I'll capture your team at their professional, relaxed best. Once I've taken each of your team's individual portraits we will get everyone together for some team shots. Then I find my clients often like to have me take some candid shots of the team at work. Using sophisticated covert ops techniques (and ghillie suit depending on environment), I'll take a selection of shots showing you and your team doing what you do best. What do I wear?

Generally speaking we want to see what you would wear on a normal business day, but especially clean and smart (top buttons up, full or half-windsors minimum). The only thing to categorically avoid are items featuring brands and logos - except, of course, if they are your own! The rest is up to you. Think how you would dress to first meet your clients and customers. After all, this photograph is probably going to be the first time they will meet you!



What happens after the shoot?

The following day, you will be sent a link to your own online gallery of all of the shots taken during the shoot. In your gallery you'll be able to review, compare and favourite the shots you would like retouching. Once I have received your choices and payment has been received in full, you will receive your final retouched images within 3 working days. Each chosen image is delivered in both Colour and Black & White as well as in Low and High Resolution formats for use online, in print and on social media platforms. Any specific technical requirements? Let me know ahead of the shoot and i'll make it so.



How do I pay?

Payment can be made by online transfer or in cash on the day of the shoot. A £125 deposit is required from every new client to secure your booking and must be paid at least 7 days before the date of your shoot.



When are you available?

I take bookings two months in advance and all shoots take place between 8am and 4pm to make best use of the natural light. Use the contact form at the bottom of this page or send me an email at tom@graceportraits.london with the following information:
